Bremer ends Rieck's streak, but needed the tie breaker to do it

Baron, Tony, and John B won all but one of the 12 heats. The racing was closer than ever for the 12 heats in shifty conditions. Tom Germer ran a great event. The turn out for the regatta was a little on the small size. I hope we see more boats in May.
